A little Jackson Update.***Warning this could be a little boring, mainly I need to get some

Lately, I feel like Jackson has really grown up. I know he is not all that incredibly old or anything, but he is changing so much. I love the "I have to get my hands on everything in sight and talk about everything" stage he is in (not that I understand what he is trying to say all the time, but it is definitely coming). It is exciting for me to see him start to understand things. A few fun things he is doing, saying, and playing....
* He loves anything that has to do with Trains! Whenever he sees a train he says, "choo, Choo...over and over until I acknowledge the fact that I see the train and I heard him). Thomas the Train is an all time favorite, we play with the trains (thanks to Tyler moving in and bring his toys with him) and watch the show. Yes, I detest to show and refused to let him watch it for until about a week ago, but he loves it so much. So I guess a little Thomas won't hurt him, once in a while. :)
*He loves Cars! He love the movie and any matchbox cars he can get his hands on. He drives the around the end of the pool table, sleeps with a few at night, and makes all the cars sounds you can think of. He likes to run cars down ramps.
*He talks up a storm, but still makes some of the funniest noises! When Kevin and Amy moved in with us a few weeks ago, Amy commented on his noises saying that he sounds like the little boy on "Daddy Day Care" that talks Star Trek Jargon (Not 100% sure how what to call it, but if you've seen the movie I think you know what i am talking about).
*Some of the words Jackson loves.....Candy, eese (cheese), Daddy! (always said with an exclamation mark), ars (cars), mmmmmm....(anything yummy insight), bike, nunnul (tunnel), nos (snow), ides (slide), owes (shower...he seems to put the s at the end of words that start with an s). He makes great animal noises. I think I'll post a video about this one.
*Jackson can open doors! This happened a little too fast for me. A few times i have said we will go outside and I go get his shoes, only to find he has already opened the door to let himself out.
*When Susie moved in with us she brought her toy kitchen with her and Jackson has loved it! He loves to pretend to wash his hands (a boy after my own heart...heehee) and then set the timers and pretend to mix things in a pot, followed by a taste test (of course). It is funny to see him imagining things.
*When you are driving in the car with Jackson he likes to comment on everything out the window and he won't stop mooing or neighing until you acknowledge the horse, cow or whatever it is out his window. Who knew driving in the car wasn't going to be as relaxing after you were a parent. :)
*He loves the outside world. If he could do anything I think it would be to play outside ALL day! This past Saturday my Dad had a ward activity out here so we spend the day outside getting the yard ready. Jackson was covered by mud and small little twigs by the time I dragged him inside for his nap, but boy was he excited. He couldn't stop talking about everything he had done out there. (I think he has seasonal allergies that just set in though....remember last year when we went camping...Allergies).
*If Jackson hears me call someones name he will do the same. If I have to call everyone for dinner he will run over to the bottom of the stairs and yell, "Papa, Nana!" If I call Marc's name Jackson says, "Marc, Marc" and starts calling his name too. Also, in the morning when Jackson wakes up he usually sees Tyler and Susie and starts yelling, "Usie! Yler!"
*Some other things he likes, when Ryan "Fly's him", when people say Boo!, building or finding tunnels, whispering to Nana and having her take him into the pantry for Chocolate chips, coloring, reading books, when daddy comes home (he is his absolute happiest, when Marc gets home).

I can't wait until Peyton is talking! She makes one sound that is "sssssssss" which means kitty and then pats her tummy for the kitty to come. That is the only sound that we can actually distinguish and know what she's talking about. Jackson is growing up so fast! He is as cute as ever.
How super cute! And how good of you to remember to get it all down before you forget. I'm no good at that. How old is he again?
That's wonderful! It seems that from 1 1/2 on to about 2 they are on "speed learning" they change so quick at this time! It's great to hear what he's doing. He sounds like such a fun boy and he's just as cute as can be!
That was so fun to read! It reminds me so much of Christian. Isn't it crazy how fast they grow up? Someday they'll have to meet. And it sounds like your parents have a full house right now! I bet the cousins love to play together.
I didn't think you post was boring at all! It is so fun to see pictures of your cute little boy! It makes me excited for what I'm in for when mine gets here!
