Visiting Family

I really feel bad, but we went down to Marc's sisters house and I need to record this, even though I forgot my camera. It was fun to see them and catch up. Marc's mom was down here on business so we were able to see her too. We printed off directions for getting to his sister's house and wouln't you know it MapQuest led us to a dead end in Newport Beach. We had a great time driving through the cute little beach town and then driving on the Pacific Coast Highway through Laguna Beach and a few other small beach towns. It was all very beautiful, but we definitely got down there later than planned.

We had a very relaxing day. We went out to a late Breakfast at IHOP and then watched Jen's (Marc's sister) kids play soccer all afternoon. It was nice to just have a break and to see some familiar faces. Their whole family is really into soccer. Ben (Jen's husband) coaches and referees the games. The kids all play and some of the kids ref at games too. They all seem to have a lot of fun. It was great to see them and fun to watch them do something they love so much.

I just wish I would have brought my camera. Sorry.
