For my birthday we went to Disneyland in the evening.  As soon as Marc got home from school (about 4) we got in the car and drove down.  Since Disneyland is offering free admission on your birthday and i already have an annual pass they gave me (and every other annual passholder) $65 to spend in the park on your birthday.  And well I really wanted my money to spend there, so we went.   You wouldn't think it would be so hard to spend $65 dollars there, but then again we left shopping for last and it was 10:00 at night and we had two VERY tired kids that wanted to go home.  I got an ornament for our christmas tree, pirate shirts for Jackson and Bennett, and a few random toys.  I am sure I could've done better with my money, but it was hard to make those decisions that late at night.  

However, Jackson is thrilled by his and Bennett's pirate shirts.  So it was all worth it.    

When we first got to Disneyland they were having their birthday lights parade.  Marc took Jackson up closer, while they were going Jackson yelled back to me, "No, Mom this is for you!  This is for your Birthday!"  He thought that I should be going up closer to look at the parade with them, but with the double stroller that just wasn't happening.  But I still thought it was really cute that he wanted me up there with him.
