Preschool.

Jackson started his first day of preschool today. It was actually a little sad to me, but as he ran down the walk-ways to his classroom grinning and yelling about his excitement to start, it was a lot easier to leave him and let him enjoy a day at school. We are doing a co-op preschool with 7 other moms in our ward. The kid couldn't be more excited about it! Seriously. And when he got home from school I asked him how it was and he said, "It was SO fun! ....but we didn't learn about any teeth at my school, like dad does." :)
Getting the kid to hold still for a first day of school picture was almost impossible! But he definitely wanted a backpack shot and while I was loading these pictures up he kept asking where it was...so here you go (he has had this backpack since he was about 18 months old...I got it so he could start carrying all his own stuff, diapers, wet wipes, toys etc, to church).

He's growing up! Peyton is the same way with our co-op preschool. Loves, Loves, Loves it. What a cute backpack too.
Love the kid backpack idea :) I'll have to remember to try that when the time comes.
