Lake Alice and the Bat Houses

We went over the UF campus to check out the alligators and the Bat Houses. The Campus has a huge lake in the middle of it, full of alligators (as a side note Marc has seen several alligators walking around on campus). Anyway, the kids loved seeing more alligators. Then across the street from the lake are these two Bat Houses. They are just filled with bats during the day and then at dusk they all come out the feed. They come out by the thousands and in huge swarm. They fill the sky! It was crazy. We stood there for about 20 minutes watching them come out and they still were not all out!!!
